The building has been <br />vacant for over a year and is heavily vandalizecl. Because of the run-down <br />condition and improper mai�tenance of the building and grounds, the property <br />is becoming a common dump area for passersby. There are several minors in the <br />area and the conditions of the structure and premises constitute a danger to the <br />health, safety and welfare of these minors as �aell as the general public. <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br />It is recommended that the City Council adopt the Resulution for Demolition. <br />
