Auy. 24, 1983 - A letter was sent to the owners, via certified mail return receipt requested, listing code violations with the structure and giving the owners 10 days to respond with actlan they planned to take. Aug. 29, 1483 - The porch going across the back of the structure and at least 10 feet off the ground, fe11 from the building causing some damage to neighborinq property. Sept. 7, 1983 - The owner, Mr. Lunde, called me indicating he had just returned from vacation and would secure the structure and clear the premises. Oct. 6, 1983 - A letter was sent to the owner because the structure had not been secured nor the area cleared. We required his imnediate attention in correcting this situation. Nov. 17, 1983 - Still nothing has been done with the property and abai.rment continued by sending a Building Official's Notice and Order to the owners. Jan. 17, 1984 - I met at the structure with the owner, Mr. Lunde. He indicated his plans for the pr�perty but needed time to work on it. I advised him to secure the buildtny and keep it secured. He was also told to clear Yiie trash and dQbris from the area. He said f;e would. Apr. 6, 1984 - A letter was sent to the owner. The building was secure but the trash was pilir.g up in the yard. The owner a�as being asked to clear the area.
