A letter <br />was sent via registered mail, return receipt <br />requested to the owners advising them of the <br />conditions of the structure and, because of their <br />lack of cooperatian, a resolutton of demolition <br />rrould be presented to Council at 8:30 a.m. on the <br />1 st of A��qust 1964. <br />- The title to the property was clouded. <br />
