2628 Grand <br />owner: Wallsce Webb <br />This two bedroom single family house is presently being used as a rental unit. <br />The owner has assured me that there will be no meetings held there. <br />The structure was inspected by F.H.A. in March of 1972 for the purpose of <br />financing. They found no defects at that time other than painting and roof <br />certification. <br />The Housing Division Inspected the property on March 30, 1972 and found <br />various violations of the 11ousing Code, which were brought to the attention <br />of the owner. <br />At your request another 'nspcction was made on August 22, 1973. We find that <br />there are still several violations of the housing code which include open <br />splices in the wiring, use of lamp cord wiring and a basement toilet that is <br />unvented and only partially enclosed. <br />The present owner has assured me that he will correct the wiring and disconnect <br />the toilet, as it is not needed. <br />We will follow up in thirty (30) days. <br />
