There is no protection from the elements for the exterior of the <br />building. <br />11. The roof is rotted. <br />12. The chimney is deteriorated. <br />13. All sleeping rooms shall have one window meeting the requirements <br />of the Uniform Building Code for emergency egress. <br />14. A11 habitable rooms shall be supplied with an approved heating <br />system that is capable of maintaining a temperature of 73 degree <br />F. at a point of 3 feet above the floor. <br />15. All walkways shall be kept clear of obstacles. <br />16. All exterior and interior basement steps deteriorated and risers <br />are uneven. They shall be repaired in accordance with present <br />day codes. <br />17. Smoke detectors shall function. <br />18. The kitchen appliances and eating surfaces plus food preparation <br />surfaces shall be made sanitary. <br />19. The basement shall not be occupied as a loving quarters unless <br />upgraded to Uniform Building Code requirements for such occupancy. <br />20.
