Several areas were <br />noted where trash had not been collected or removed. <br />9. The woodshop had not been properly separated from the ordinary business <br />area. <br />These above -listed conditions comprise a definite hazard both to life and <br />property. You are therefore ordered to to the following: <br />A. The furnace shall not be used until the furnace room separation is <br />complete and can pass an acceptance inspection by the City Mechanical <br />Inspector and the City Electrical Inspector. <br />B. Remove the trash fuel supply piled near the furnace room. <br />C. Remove all combustibles from the furnace room. <br />i <br />D. Remove the accumulation of unnecessary trash and combustibles in item #5 <br />above and throughout the building. <br />E. Complete the separation of the exit corridor through the basement. This <br />work must pass inspection of. the City 3uilding Department within 30 days <br />or this Department will institute action to have this building declared <br />an "Unsafe Building" under the Uniform Code for the Abatement of. <br />Dangerous Buildings. <br />Furthermore, at that time, a Fire Marshal's Order will be Issued for <br />immediate vacation of. the Builaing until such time as the problem with <br />the exit corridor is corrected. <br />F. Correct the conditions in item 1#7 above. Tf the northeast exit door is <br />found locked again, an order requiring panic hardware be iastalled will <br />be issued. <br />Please see :hst the above items are complied with along with those items <br />remaining f cn previous correspondence.
