The conditions of the Public Works Permit <br />required the Improvements to be constructed by October 19, 1982. Hartford <br />Accident and Indemnity Company's Bond #3049335 binds themselves unto the City <br />of Everett that the Improvements would be constructed. <br />In the spirit of cooperation and the desire to see your venture succeed, we are <br />willing to give you until December 10, 1982, to complete the bonAed Improvement. <br />It is Imperative that you submit your Improvement plans to us as soon as possible In <br />order that the plans can be approved and construction can begin.
