However, the
follc•wing guidelines will be followed.
BASEMENT Studio's, Service Businesses, Market Offices,
Maintenance and Storage.
FIRST FLOOR General Retail, Food Services, Retail Foods,
Bakery, Produce, Meats, and Bulk Foods.
SECOND FLOOR Antique Mall, Arts and Crafts, Collectables, Art
Gallery.
The floor plan will be constant; however the actual space used
by retailers is likely to be modified on a regular basis. It is our intention to have all the related
improvements completed by November 1, 1983.
SPRINKLER SYSTEM We have secured the services of Trojan Cc to
provide a full inspection and certification of repairs. We are
going to train at least 5 persons in the general operation of the
system. These 5 will be ones who are regularly in the building.
The names of these individuals will be on the file in our office
marked FIRE PROTECTION.
FIRE EDUCATION PROGRAM At least once a month at the required
meetino of all tenants, fire regulations, safety rules, and
evacuation procedures will be reviewed.
