Our goal is to make every person in the <br />building an active fire protection agent. <br />FIRE DRILLS We will conduct at least once a year a full <br />evacuation of the building. Once a month we will sound the fire <br />alarm, require all tenants to stop and plan how they and their <br />customers could exit the building. <br />FIRE RETARDANT SPRAY We are committed to keep all wood surfaces <br />sprayed with fire retardant. We will have on each floor <br />hand -operated spray bottle for use by tenants at all times for <br />any small combustible items. <br />ELECTRICAL We are aware that the electrical system in the a <br />building presents not only a fire but safety threat to the <br />building and its occupant$. We have secured the services of OK <br />Electric, an electrical contractor from Monroe, to develop an <br />overall electrical plan, including updating the present system, <br />and the installation of new services. <br />
