The proposed signs location, size, rout style :rod color arc <br />in harmony with the building's overall design and location. <br />Conclusion: The plan is aesthetically superior to what is allowed by the zoning code since the wall <br />signagc and the projecting signage will all be under the maximum square footage allowed. The new <br />signs will promote legible wayfinding, and will be proportionately and aesthetically pleasing with the <br />building's scale and location. <br />Decision: The Planning Director approves the proposed comprehensive sign design plan proposed by <br />Sno-Isle Co-op, and determined it meets the criteria listed in Subsection 36.210.A of the Zoning Code. <br />The following conditions shall apply: <br />I. The proposed sign must receive appropriate sign permits. A copy of this decision should be <br />submitted with the sign permit application. <br />2. The signs' designs must be similar to the designs of tlu plans submitted with this application. Any <br />deviation must be approved by the Planning Department. <br />This is ail administrative decision that is appealable to the City's Land Use Hearing Examiner.
