Thee is no signage for the <br />co-op on the north fagade. There is an existing awning sign on the cast fagade for Sno-Isle Co-np <br />approximately 8 square -feet in area that is proposed to be retained. 'Ile awning sign and projecting <br />sign combined would be approximately 18 square -feet. The rustic appearance and <br />unobtrusive design of the signs will help promote and enhance the aesthetics already in place on the <br />property and in the surrounding area. <br />The proposed sign design plan promotes the planned use by facilitating modern identification of the <br />facility in a functional and attractive manner. The proposed signs are approximately 55 percent under <br />the total area allowed per code. The aesthetics of the surrounding area will be improved by adding <br />more individualistic, pedestrian oriented signage. <br />Conclusion: The proposed sign promotes updated identification of the facility, and will enhance the <br />aesthetics of the building and the surrounding area. <br />3.
