WASHINGTON <br />.020I <br />%SPECTION DEPARTMENT <br />Tyee Mortgage Co. <br />2612 Wetmore <br />Everett, Washington 98201 <br />Re: 3022 Grand, Everett, Washington <br />Dear Sir: <br />Inspection of the above referenced property revealed the following <br />defeciencies in plumbing: <br />Laundry tub not vented, C/W standpipe to short, no pressure <br />relief valve on water heater, galvanized pipe on surface of <br />ground on rear porch area, open fittings on porch, union <br />in waste line, galvanized fitting in waste line. <br />Inspection revealed the following violations with respect to <br />Architectural and/or structural defeciencies: <br />Basement area used for garage without fire protection for main <br />floor living area. No hand rail on stairs, usable space under <br />stairs not fire protected.
