WASHINGTON <br />9u0I <br />INSPECTION DEPARTMENT <br />Tyee Mortgage Co. <br />2612 Wetmore <br />Everett, Washington 98201 <br />Re: 3022 Grand, Everett, Washington <br />Dear Sir: <br />An Electrical Inspection was made as requested on the property at <br />3022 Grand for F.H.A. requirements of minimum standards. The <br />following are items that must be corrected: There has been consider- <br />able wiring illegally added in the basement, that is not properly <br />spliced and does not terminate properly in boxes. Florescent fixtures <br />cannot be directly mounted on combustionable material whet, improper <br />temperature rated wire is used and no inline fuses in the ballasts. <br />New wiring does not properly terminate in the service panel. All <br />circuits are overfused. Grounding type receptacles have been installed <br />in the kitchen, bedrooms and living room, but are not grounded. <br />Receptacles in the kitchen are not on appliance circuits as required <br />by code. The lights in the kitchen cabinets, bedroom closets, and the <br />bathroom storage area are in code violation by virtue of location and <br />wiring methods. <br />Additional outlets are needed in the front room on the East wall. If <br />in properly circuiting the house in making these corrections and the <br />panel cannot accomodate the extra branch circuits, then a new panel <br />must be installed in place of the existing panel used. <br />Yours truly <br />L.J.
