"TERRY" KREKOW <br />COMMISSIONER <br />May 17, 1967 <br />RE: Fire Damage 3024 Grand Avenue <br />Everett, Washington <br />Owner - George Unsworth <br />Duplex residence <br />The meters are located on the upstairs back porch where part of <br />the fire damage occurred May 12, 1967. <br />A request was made to the P.U.D. +o disconnect the service <br />to the building as there was no way to determine the amount of <br />damage to the wiring that would feed down to the lower apartment. <br />The disconnect was made in the interest of safety to the lower <br />apartment tenant and the adjacent buildings. <br />To date . office has not received a report from any qualified <br />electrice ontractor stating the condition of the wiring nor <br />the extent of damage. <br />It was noted, on the one occasion i was able to gain entry to <br />this buildings there had been wiring done which is not permitted <br />by electrical codes and could not have been accepted by an <br />inspector. <br />Respectfull , submitted <br />L J Dougherty <br />Electrical Inspector <br />LJD:rm <br />N E E Y E fl 6 R E E N C I T T <br />
