and title to the said building by removing it from its <br />foundation on or by October 1, 1977, and as owner, shall <br />assume all the expense of removing the building from the <br />real property wherein it is situated. <br />Purchaser will secure at its own expense, all <br />permits, licenses, franchises and consents required by <br />j law or necessary to perform its work regarding the <br />removal of the building from the seller's real property; and <br />I will give all notices and pay all fees and otherwise comply <br />j with all applicable city, county and state laws, ordinances, <br />rules and regulations. <br />It is further agreed tnat purchaser will cave-in <br />the concrete foundation and level the area from which the <br />building is removed; such work to be completed to the <br />satisfaction of the seller within 10 days from the date <br />the building is removed. <br />The carpets, draperies and fixtures in and on the <br />building is included :n the sale.
