Entry to the garage is open and accessible. <br />4. The yards contain discarded wood, dead ��egetation, automotive parts, anc: discazded items of <br />personal property. <br />5. There is a inoperable brown Chevrolet with license number 636 FWC located in the <br />driveway. <br />
