Should you fail to provide an acceptable <br />written plan of action to correct these conditions a Violation Citation may be issued that could <br />result in a fine and/or costs being assessed. The <br />permit requirements are mandated by the Wasnington State Legislature and enforced by the City <br />of Everett.
