After viewing the subject property and considering all the facts <br />and testimony, it was unanimously moved by the Board that: <br />1. The appellant did not deny any findings of the <br />Building Official as stated in.the letter of <br />8/25/77. <br />2. The character of the neighborhood is, in fact, still <br />residential. <br />3. That by reversing the decision of the Building Official, <br />the Board would, in effect, be rezoning the area - which <br />is a prerogative of. the Planning Commission, not the <br />Board of Adjustment. <br />4. The Board moves to uphold the decision of the Building <br />Official. <br />On motion, the m� adjourned at 11:45 p.m. <br />Jamie G.
