The floor/ceiling joists are not deep enough to accommodate the insulation shovm and a <br />minimum 1" sir space above for venting. Provide adequate depth and venting. <br />20. Provide heating and cooGng design loads calculations for sizing the HVAC system per WSEC <br />503.2.1. <br />21. Building mechanical systems shall be sized to no greater than 150% of the heating and cooling <br />design loads. Provide calculations. 503.2.2 <br />
