Fireplaces shall be provided with each of the following: <br />a. Tightly fitting flue dampers, operated by a readily accessible manual or approved automatic <br />control. <br />b. An outside source for combustion sir-ducted into the firebox, a minimum of six square <br />inches and an operable outside air duct damper. <br />13.
