That the authorization of such variance will not be materially <br />detrimental to the public welfare or injurious to property in the <br />vicinity or zone in which the property is located. <br />Finding: There have been no adverse comments received from property <br />owners who were mailed notices of the application, and there does not <br />appear to be any view blockage. <br />Conclusion: The authorization of the variance should not be <br />materially detrimental to the public welfare or injurious to other <br />property in the vicinity or zone. <br />4. That the granting of such variance will nit adversely affect the <br />Comprehensive Genera. Plan. <br />Finding: The Comprehensive Plan designates th.: area single family. <br />Conclusion: The proposed carport is an accessory use to a single <br />family use and granting the variance will not adversely affect the <br />Comprehensive Plan. <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br />APPROVE the variance as requested by applicant with the following conditions. <br />1.
