MY HOUSE FACES <br />GREELY STREET AND THE GARAGE GABLE EWD FACES DAILY AVENUE. <br />IN DESIGNING IMPROVEMENTS ON MY PROPERTY, I MADE INQUIRIES <br />CONCERNING THE CITY OF EVERETT SET BALKS. 1 WAS INFORMED THAI' <br />I NEEDED LESS THAN A 10 FOOT SET BACK ON THE SIDE PROPERTY <br />LINE, BAILEY AVE. I PROCEEDED WITH IMPROVEMENTS ON THIS <br />IMFORMATION. I HAVE SPENT NEARLY $20,000.00 ON IMPROVEMENTS <br />THAT HAVE BEEN APPROVED DY THE CITY, BUT I LATER WAS DENIED A <br />PERMIT BY THc CITY, FOR A CARPORT. THE REASON FOR DENIAL WAS <br />A 20 FOOT- SET BACK ON FRUNIAGE BOUNDRILS. WIHT MY HOUSE FACING <br />GREELY AND A GREELY ADDRESS I ASSUMED THAT GREELY ST. WAS MY <br />FRONTAGE ROAD. I BELIEVE THAT THE PERSON I TALKED WITH FROM <br />THE CITY BELIEVED THAT ALSO. <br />I DO NOT BELIEVE" THAI' THE PROPOSED CARPORT WILL NEGATIVELY <br />AFFECT THE NEIGHBORS OR THE TRAFFIC. THE CARPORT WAS NY <br />MAIN CONCERN FOR THE IMPROVEMENTS lllf-11' I HAVE ALREADY NAVE. <br />A FINANCIAL HARDSHIP WOULD DE INCURRED BY ML, IF I COULD <br />NOT BUILD THE PROPOSED CARPORT. ON 'IHE SITE PLAN, I HAVE <br />DRAWN, IT INDICATED THAT SEVERAL OWNERS, HAVE BUILT WITHIN <br />THIS 20 FOOT SETBACK.
