C <br />7. There will be no modification to the steep slope areas due to utilities, access or construction <br />of the proposed residence. With the exception of one small portion of the house that will be <br />located approximately 23 feet from the slope edge, the maiority of the residence along with <br />all required utilities and access will be located at least 25 fee' away from the slope edge. <br />The applicant may appeal the Planning Director's decision within 14 days of the date c, this <br />letter. Appeal forms are available from the Planning Department and mu; t be submitted along <br />with the required filing fee.
