WA 98072 Put -pose of <br />(425)486-1669 FAX481-2510 Visit: Construction Monitoring By: JPH <br />We visited the site today at the request of Logan Fox to monitor the installation of I'm Piles on the <br />western and northern sides of the garage at the Fox Residence project located at 4626 Harbor Lane, <br />Everett, Washington. <br />Pin Pile Installation <br />Upon arrival, we observed that the contractors from McDowell Pile King had already begun installing <br />pin piles 1 and 6. We observed the installation of the remaining Pin Piles as shown on the attached Site <br />Plan. The Pin Piles consisted of 2-inch diameter galvanized steel Schedule 80 pipe. The Pin Piles were <br />driven with a 140-lb hammer to a rctbsal criterion of less than I inch of mo: enunt in 60 seconds.
