2. Provide a recorded copy of the enclosed Geological Hazardous and Critical Area Protective <br />Covenants per Section 19.37.180.G of the Everett zoning code. <br />1 3. Comply with the recommendations of the Geotechnical Report if these recommendations are <br />approved by the City of Everett. <br />4.
