Proposal for Geotechnical Services <br />Anderson Landslide Repair <br />Everett, Washington <br />NGA Proposal No. P91230 <br />August 21, 2009 <br />Page 4 <br />As part of our services, we will be in contact with you and your design professionals during our work <br />regarding design impacts resulting from our tindings and recommendations. It is our intent to try to <br />answer most of the questions with informal telephone conversations and then incorporate that information <br />into the report. This is intended to minimize iterations of review comments. This proposal does not <br />include costs related to services, meetings, review, or interaction with the City of Everett after the <br />geotechnical report has been issued. This proposal also does not include costs for plan review or <br />construction monitoring services. We can provide separate cost estimates for any additional services, if <br />desired. <br />We will contact the loll -free underground locating service. This service does not locate utilities within <br />private property. Due to buried utilities within the site, we have scheduled a private on -site locating <br />service to locate utilities prior to our fieldwork.
