l f <br />(collectively the "Stabilization Plan") and the restoration plan prepared by Wetland <br />Resources, Inc. dated September 24, 2009 (the "Restoration Plan") with the following <br />changes: <br />a) The critical areas protective fence must be placed south of the proposed will on the <br />eastern portion of the lot near the swimming pool and no further north than the existing <br />western wall. <br />b) The minimum number of replacement trees set forth in the Restoration Plan must be <br />increased to 152. (This rcplacLinent number is based on the Code Enforcement <br />inspection that found that 38 trees on the steep slope were cut down and based on <br />discussions with Scott Brainard of Wetland Resources, replanting would occur at a 4 to <br />I ratio. This ratio was recommended because of the biologist was recommending <br />substitution of smaller trees which should have a better survival rate on this steeply <br />sloped property where watering to aid in establishing these plants is not feasible.) <br />c) Section 5 of the Restoration Plan shall be deleted and replaced by the following: <br />Section 5.0 Proposed Mitigation Site <br />The mitigation will occur on all areas allccted by the landslide and <br />the tree removal.
