C <br />Snohomish County Assessor's Office <br />29043500401600 <br />Parcel Number: <br />Any reference to "primary mitigation site," or "secondary <br />mitigation site;' or both in the Restoration Plan will be deleted and <br />replaced with "mitigation site." <br />Following completion of this project, all on -site sensitive areas will <br />be designated as Environmentally Sensitive Areas. <br />2. Construction permits are required for this project. Detailed drawings of the proposed wall <br />in accordance with City Design and Construction Standards shall be submitted to the Building <br />and Public Works Departments. Public Works and Building Department approvals of these <br />drawings are required prior to permits being issued. <br />3. Any grading, filling, excavating, placement of drains, temporary erosion control measures, <br />vegetation, or other restoration or stabilization work on this site shall be done so as to not <br />impact the surrounding properties unless permission has been granted by any owner(s) <br />impacted by the improvements. <br />4. Provide a Critical i.reas sight at the top of the slope upon completion of retaining wall <br />construction. <br />5. Record a Critical Areas Protective covenant and the documents "Agreement Cu xeming <br />Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions' and "Declaration of Covenants, <br />Conditions and Restrictions— (provided by the Planning Department) prior to issuance of <br />construction permits. <br />6. Provide to the City a pertormance bond on a fonn approved in advance by the City in the <br />amount of 300'7o of the cost of restoration on or before October 15, 2009. Such bond must <br />name the City as beneficiary and comply with Chapter 19.40 EMC. <br />7. Provide to the City, atler restoration of the slope is completed, a three-year maintenance <br />bond on a tome approved in advance by the City. Such bond must be in the amount of 100/0 of <br />the cost of the restoration, must name the City as beneficiary and comply with Chapter 19.40 <br />EMC. <br />S. All restoration must be completed by April 1, 2010. <br />Failure to comply with these conditions or any of the terms set by the City in its July 17, 2009, <br />letter or thercatier, will result in a formal enforcement action including but not limited to <br />enforcement under EMC 0.20. <br />
