Shawish, PE V,-J <br />ItE: Anderson Property <br />Summary to Date <br />Everett, Washington <br />NGA File No. 8I6909 <br />You have requested that we provide a summary of life work that has been completed to date on your <br />properly relating to slope stabilization, erosion control, and drainage improvements, and to request an <br />extension of the April 1, 2010 deadline from the City of Everett (the "City") for the completion of the <br />repairs outlined by the City in their letter October 2, 2009 <br />Most of the work on your property has been completed. The soldier pile wall has been installed and <br />erosion control matting has been placed on the exposed soil below the wall, including in the area of the <br />landslide; the downed trees have been removed from the slope on your property and the Leona Chase <br />Properly (Lot 49); landscaping plants have been planted on the slope; and drainage has been improved <br />on the site via a new drain line that has been installed down to the bottom of the slope. A new catch <br />basin has been installed within your back yard. All of the stornnvatcr generated on your property is <br />being directed into the catch basin and clown to life bottom of the slope via the new drain pipe. <br />Due to the logistics of the project and delays that resulted from weather and on -going litigation, a few <br />items still need to be completed. The decking surrounding the pool is planned to be re -done. A portion <br />of the decking and plumbing associated with the pool were removed during the wall installation, and <br />now the remainder of the decking will be removed and new decking placed.
