This memorandum is an excellent <br />summary of the progress made to date to resolve the various critical area violations in the <br />Fredrick and Holly Anderson case. <br />The document also requests time exl ension from the restoration completion date of April 1, <br />2010, established in the City's October 2, 2009 letter to you. Based on the remaining tasks <br />identified the above memo, the City will grant a one month extension for completion of <br />required restoration to May 1, 2010.
