The residence has a daylight basement, with an outdoor swimming <br />pool and small jacuzzi located between the residence and the top of the steep slope. Two legal lots (Lot <br />48 and 49) tlLit belong to other property owners occupy portions of the slope below your residence. <br />These lots are currently vacant and are classified as critical areas (steep slope,-) by the City of Everett. <br />We do not anticipate that residences would be constructed on the slopes directly below your residence. <br />In late June, 2009, an area of the upper portion of the slope downslopc from your residence experienced <br />major slope movement shortly alter an irrigation line on the uphill side of your residence broke and <br />discharged a substantial amount of water onto the slope. A scarp formed just below the top of the slope <br />directly below your residence, and mud and slide debris traveled downslopc onto the two neighboring <br />1 <br />/u; <br />
