Within two (2) weeks of [he date of this letter, remove the equipment <br />house slab and hot tub installation, together with all elec[rical and <br />plumbing attachments thereto, from the Shov�und property to a point <br />within your own praperty line which meets l.a required seven foot six <br />inch (7'6") setback required by the City of Everett Building Code <br />orovisions. <br />4. Within one '(1) month of this date, remove the dirt which you have caused <br />to be spread over the Showlund property to the North of your parcel and <br />restore the Showlund property natural terrain in that area. I refer to <br />the area North of your swi�ing pool where you have piled and graded <br />excess dirt from the pool excavation. It will be necessary to retain <br />the dirt on the North aide of your pool by placing a retaining wall <br />within your proper boundaries. <br />5. Since your earthwork caused the burial or removal of permanent metal <br />aurvey stakes placed at the comer of the Showlund property, it has been <br />necessary for r.he Showlunds to have the property resurveyed and restaked. <br />I[ will be necessary for you to pay the cost of that work. <br />Except as specifically set forth in this letter, you are directed to refrain <br />from trespassing upon ehe Showlund property; you must not cause any further <br />grading, cutting or filling on their property. <br />We have been instructed to iffinediately co�ence litigation against you in the <br />event you �iolate any of the conditions of this letter. <br />Very truly yours, <br />ANDERSON, HUNTER, DEWELL, BAKER 6 COLLINS, P.S. <br />WILLIAM W.
