October 1, 1973 <br />The regular monthly meeting of the City of Everett Board of <br />Adjustment scheduled for 7:30 p.m., October 1, 1973, <br />in the City Hall Council Chambers, City Sall, Everett, Washington, <br />was postponed due to a lack of'a quorum until 11:00 a.m., <br />October 2, 1973, in the City Hall Conference Room. <br />October 2, 1973 <br />The regular monthly meeting of the City of Everett Board of <br />Adjustment r7as held at 11:00 a.m., October 2, 1973, in the City <br />Hall Conference Room, City Hall, Everett, Washington. <br />Air. Graff presided. Mr. Baird, Mr.. Champion, Air. Ingram and <br />Air. Cronin were present. <br />The reading of the minutes of September 10, 1973, was dis- <br />pensed with, with the exception of tae portion pertaining to <br />the application of David Brandvold, 4926 - 27th Avenue, <br />Everett, which had been continued from that meeting. Mr. Brandvold <br />requests Pe: -Mission to segregate four (4) lots into eight (8) <br />building sites with each site to have more than 12,500 sq. ft. <br />of land. Three (3) parcels to have less than 80 ft. of frontage <br />on a public dedicated street: Four (4) (rear) parcels to be <br />served by a proposed sixteen (16) foot easement (driveway). <br />Lots 8, 9, .'.0, and 11 Darlington Replat Lot 'X'. <br />Also, for permission to segregate one parcel of land into twc <br />(2) buildinc_ sites. Each site to contain approximately 12,5C.0 sq. <br />ft. of land area as opposed to the m..nimum of 12,500 sq. ft. as <br />required by Ordinance No. 3572. Each parcel to have more then the <br />minimum of 80 f.. of frontage on a public dedicated street. <br />Lot 26, Dar:.ingt:on Replat Lot 'X' Zoned R-S, Suburban Residential. <br />r- <br />A continuat'.on of the application of David Brandvold, 4926 - 27th <br />Avenue, Everett, for a variance from Section 15.04.075, E.C.C. <br />Zoning Ordinance, minimum lot width and size. <br />r. Brandvold spoke in his own behalf and stated that additional <br />rainage an( underground wiring is needed in this area, and <br />this means increased costs which can only be obtained by dividing <br />ots 8 thru 11 into eight parcels instead of four. <br />
