Upon completion of construction, the slope and the <br />associated buffer shown in the attached site plan shall be <br />landscaped to Type IV standards, which requires soil <br />stabilizing vegetation be planted and maintained (subsection <br />35.050.D Everett Zoning Code). <br />Type IV landscaping is intended to provide soil stability, <br />prevent erosion, and prevent sedimentation to off-site <br />properties and improvements. It shall consist of lawn, <br />other livinq ground cover, shrubs and trees with a root <br />structure which stabilizes soil. The landscapinq may include <br />organic and/or inorganic soil stabiliziriq materials such as <br />rockeries, retraining walls or other similar slope and soil <br />stabilization devices. � <br />This is an administrative decision that is appealable to the <br />City's Land Use Hearinq Examiner. An appeal must be filed with <br />the City within ten days of the date of this notice.
