We <br />understand that development is to consist of construction of a single family <br />residence within the area of the lot approximately shown on the enclosed <br />Location Map, sheet M-t. <br />The scope of services included performance of four (4) exploratory backhoe <br />(test) pits, performed around the proposed residence area. The approximate <br />locations of the test pits are shoan on the Location Map. We also performed <br />visual observation in and around the site area, and reviewed available soils <br />and geologic maps of the area. <br />P.11 elevations mentioned in this report refer to existing gr�de, and to site <br />topography shown on a map prepared by Kegel 8 Associates, dated 11-2-89. <br />LOCATION & SITE DESCAIPTION <br />The investigated site consists of lot 17 Darlington Replat Lot X, located at <br />
