CONVEYANCE SYSTEM The conveyance system was designed to convey the 25-year 24-hour storn► event with 0.5 ft of freeboard, while sllowing the 100-year 24-hour storm event to overtop the catch basins. In the 100-year case, overtopping will not rise within 3 feet of any finished floor elevation and would overElow toward Merrill Crcek along the east and toward the regional detention facility to the noRh. The convey�ince system was designed using the rational method to determine the peak Iflows tributary to each catch basin (please refer to the input sheet and Pipe Tributary Area I Map located in the A.ppendix). The hydraulic grade line was then calculated using the Storm SFwers computer model (please see the Appendix for the actual computer output).
