In accordance with Bill Dunlap's and my meeting with you, Jane Zimmertnan and Alan Locke on May 30th at your oft'ice, we have prepared the attached plans (three sets, 22 sheets, revision dated June 14, 1996) and Storm Drainage Report (two copies, dated June 14, 1996) for your final approval. We have also enclosed the set of plans that were redlined by Wayne Wents for his reference. The attached plans show the site plan revisions identified in our submittal on May 15 and additional clarifications as follows: • The easterly building has been shifted to the south along with associated pari:ing along the east and south sides of the easterly building. In order to accommodate this shift a rockery has been added along the south side of the easterly building and a detail has been provided with geotechnical reference. • The finished floor elevations for both buildings have been revised along with the associated pavement section between them. • The portion of the site to the east of the entry (Lot 4) has been graded as indicated and will drain into the existing drainage facilities in Merrill Creek Parkway. This portion of the site will be planted with the indicated vegetation and will not be developed any further at this time. • The roof drainage for the easterly half of the larger building has been revised to drain to the east and then to the northerly detention area. As explained further below, this came as a result of properly proportioning the impervious areas contributing to the two separate detention facilities as a result of the revised building and pa'�icing areas. • A Channelization Plan has been added to the plans (sheet 22) to show the required details requested by Wa�; � Wents.
