The listed requirements are placed in response to our <br />review of this infortnation: <br />AGENCIES WITH JURISDICTION <br />Any work within Merrill and Ring Creek's high water mark will require a Hydraulics <br />Project Approval (HPA) from the State Departmeqt of Fish and Wildlife. Note: More <br />stringent detention and water treatment requiremedts than the City would impose may be <br />placed on the project as a condition of the HPA. <br />2. A National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) permit, administered by the <br />Washington State Department of Ecology, will be required for clearing and grading <br />activities on this site if the site area disturbed by land alteration activities is geater than or <br />equal ro 5 acres. <br />
