The listed requirements are placed in response to our review of this infortnation: AGENCIES WITH JURISDICTION Any work within Merrill and Ring Creek's high water mark will require a Hydraulics Project Approval (HPA) from the State Departmeqt of Fish and Wildlife. Note: More stringent detention and water treatment requiremedts than the City would impose may be placed on the project as a condition of the HPA. 2. A National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) permit, administered by the Washington State Department of Ecology, will be required for clearing and grading activities on this site if the site area disturbed by land alteration activities is geater than or equal ro 5 acres.
