appropriate voluntary Transportation Demand Management (TDM) measures for this
worksite, such as transit pass subsidies. Dennis Bloom, Transportation Services, can
provide assistance regarding TDM measures. Please contact him at 257-8915.
Note that the SW Everett Mitigation Decision Document requires that all sites provide
some TDM measures, including display of transit routes/schedules and HOV
information, preferential parking spaces for HOVs, and bicycle and pedestrian
amenities. (See Condition 3 on page 3 of this document.)
47. Additional SEPA review will be required for development on the southern lot.
GENERAL INFORMATION
The Washington State Clean Air Act requires the use of all known, available, and
reasonable means of controlling air pollution, including dust. Dust generated during
construction activities can be controlled by wetting those dust sources such as areas of
exposed soils, washing truck wheels before they leave the site, and installing and
maintaining gravel construction entrances. Construction vehicle track-out is also a
major dust source. Any evidence of track-out can trigger violations and fines from the
Department of Ecology or the Puget Sound Air Pollution Control Agency.
2. The Snohomish County PUD currently has sufficient capaciry to serve the proposed
development. For information about specific electrical service requirements for this
project, please call Ed Kelso at the District's Everett Office at 258-8272.
12
