� Due to site topography, the conveyance system was divided into two segments. The I Northem segment was sized to collect nmoff from the northern portion of Lot 1 and convey it to the detention facility. The Southern segment was designed to collect runoff I from the southern portion of Lot 1 and provides a stub to allow for future flows associated with the development of Lot 2 located to the south of Lot 1. The rational method of analysis was used to estimate the flows generated by the 10.68 acres of Iand � associated with the future development of Lot 2, located to the south of Lot 1, using a I runoff coefficient identical to that used for the analysis of Lot 1(assuming 78% impervious).
