The northern lot would be used for <br />manufacturing and wareho�se activity for King Extrusions, and the <br />northwestern lot would contain a stormwater facility. No use is <br />currently proposed on the southern lot . <br />FACTORS CONSIDERED BY CITY DEPARTMENTS: Section 18.48.020-C of Ordinance <br />N2046-95 requires that the City review the proposed binding site plan to determine whether it <br />meets the following criteria: <br />Comprehensive Plan - Whetherthe proposed Binding Site Plan,site plan and other <br />required application information proposed for development relates to all elements of the <br />comprehensive plan. <br />�j�; The Everett Comprehensive Plan designates this area as 5.4, Office and <br />Industrial Park. The Comprehensive Plan contains policies for Office and Industrial <br />Park lands that are intcnded to promote transit use and access and to minimize impacts <br />on surrounding land uses. Zoning standards have been adopted which implement the <br />policies of the Everett Comprehensive Plan. In addition the SW Everett Mitigation <br />Decision document includes conditions that implement these Comprehensive Plan <br />Policies. Approval of the Binding Site Plan is subject to compliance with the <br />
