The building would be used by King Extrusion to manufacture and store <br />extruded vinyl shapes. A drainage tract would be created on the northwestern lot. Future <br />development to occur on the southern lot is not part of the current proposal. These mitigation measures, along with <br />other Ciry requirements and conditions, wnstitute sufficient mitigation for the significant <br />environmental impacts associated with the proposed project. <br />• The proposed project must comply with all applicable local, state and federal regulations <br />and development standards. <br />• The proposed project is not an essential public facility. <br />
