The project proponent has agreed to comply with the SW Everett Subarea Plan Mitigation <br />Decision Document. T6e project is hereby designated a Planned AMion pursuant to RCW <br />43.21C.031(2)(a) and Ciry of Everett Ordinance No. 2213-97. A SEPA threshold <br />determination is not required for this proposal per 43.21C.031 RCW. This determination is <br />dependent upon compliance with the SW Everett Subarea Plan Mitigation Decision Document <br />and all local, state, and federal regulations related to general emironmental protection <br />including, but not limited to, right-of-way improvement requirements, drainage, etc. This <br />decision was made after review of a completed environmental checklist and other information <br />on file with the lead agency. <br />There is no public comment period provided for this determination. <br />Responsible <br />Ofticial: Paul A. Any future development of that lot will require a new SEPA review and <br />analysis to determine if it qualifies as a Planned Action. <br />
