Our services included providing on-site observations, performinp field <br />densiry tests, and providing the necessary laboratory tests on fill samples es required for <br />foundation bearing soils and building area fill. We previously prepared the referenced <br />geotachnical enflineering study fo; this project. In December 2001, we provided the <br />referunced letter summarizing the building �+ad construction. <br />During greding operations, our representatives were on-site on a part-time besis. Between <br />October 3, 2001 and February 14, 2002 our representativas made a total of eleven (11) site <br />visits. During this period, fifty (50) field density tests were conducted on structural fills. Our <br />field density tests were pe►formed in accordance with ASTM Test Designation D-2922 <br />fNuclear Gaupe Method►.
