Inuaco►p
April 12. 2002
E-3682-632
Pape 2
In October and November of 2001, we observed the inal pradinp uf the buildinp ped and the
cement treatinp of the slab subgrade. Our field density tests indicate the structural flll was
compacted to at least 90 percent of maximum dry density in eccoMance wth our
recomrrendations.
ECI representetives observed the foundatlon bearing soils for the perirreter contlnuoua
footinps ar►d interior spreed footirps. The besrinp sals consist of inedium dense to dense aihy
sed with pravel and should provide adequate support for the desipn two thousand five
hundred (2,600) pound per square foot desipn load.
In February 2002, we observed the preparation of the parkinp and drive area subprades before
Pevinp• Soft, yieldinp areas were treated with cement and compacted. Based on proonollinp
and our observations, the completed subgrade eppeared to be firm and unyielding.
We trust this letter meets your current needs.
