All storm drains must be stenciled with language similar to the foilowitig: "llump No <br />Waste, Drains to (Stream/Wetland/Groundwater)." This reminder is rypically spray- <br />painted on to the ground adjacent to the catch basin with the use of a stencil. The <br />treatment needs to be repeated, approzimately annually, when the paint wears off. 1'he <br />developedowner may either perform the stenciling, or give pecmission for volunteer <br />groups to enter onto the property and perform the stenciling. During construction activities, all spills must be contained and removed in such manner <br />as to prevent their entering the watars and soils of the state. All permitted future uses must obtain a Notice of Cunswction (NOC) as applicable and <br />use best available control technology. As necessary, air qualiry studies may be <br />required by PSAPCA in order to obtain permits. <br />Electric Energy <br />16. All power lines carrying a voltage of less than 15 kV must be undergrounded. (SEPA <br />Land and Shoreline Use Policies) <br />Non-Renewable Resources <br />17. Mining sites must comply with the Department of Natural Resources reclamation <br />requirements. On sites with existing mined slopes which are not subject to DNR <br />regulations, slopes must be remediated to 1.5 horizontal : 1 vertical (1.SH:1V), except <br />for glacial till slopes which can be remediated to 1H:IV slope if approved by a <br />qualified geotechnical engineer. All remediated s!opes must be covered with top soil <br />material that will support vegetation, jute maning or equivalent; and be re��e�etated <br />with hydroseed, �roundcover and shrubs. Construction Phase <br />• Construction equipment and vehicles must be maintained so they do not leak fuels <br />or lubricants.
