/�� 23. AC�s1� - The Uniform Fire Code requires that all new suuctures shall provide Fire Department access roads to within 150 feet of all portions of the ground tloor. Fire Department access roads (Fire Ianes) shall provide a minimum of 20 feet in width of unobstructed, all-season driving surface with a miaimum clear height of 13'6". Fire Ianes will be posted and maintained as required by the Fire Departmcnt. 24.
