(IMRM) is America's lazgest records <br />management company and is expanding their facilities in the Everett, Washington area. <br />IMRM is ia the process of constructing a one-story building at 6500 Hardeson Road. The <br />faciliry will be used for contract storage of busiriess records (paper) in cazdboazd caztons. <br />Global Fire Protection Consulting, Inc. (GFPC) is a consulting firm contracted by IMRM <br />to evaluate the fire protection and life safety requirements for the facility. <br />PURPOSE <br />The purpose of this analysis is to review the fire protection and life safety requirements i:► <br />accordance with the required codes. The analysis establishes the minimum requireme.nts <br />for the faciliry and formulates a proposed design for the systems that meet the needs of <br />IMRM and the City of Everett Building and Fire Departments.
