IMRM will provide public access to <br />building, o�ce area, general storage area and restroom facilities. All access aisles to exits <br />are a minimum of 44-inches and are accessibla Service space between the racks are not <br />accessible. No access is provided to the upper catwalk levels <br />SUPPLEMENTARY PROTECTION SYSTEMS <br />In addition to the required protection systems IMRM will provide the following <br />supplementary protection for the faciliry. These systems will assist in enhancing the fire <br />protection and life safety systems at the facility. <br />Smake Detection System <br />In addition to the sutomadc sprinkler systems and alazm system, IIvIRM plans to install a <br />smoke detection system. Smoke detectors will be located at the ceiling only and will have <br />a spacing of approximately 600 square feet. The detectors will be addressable devices and <br />w�li annunciate individually. The detectors will be hard�vired to the firc alazm control <br />panel. The water flow ala�ms, valve supervisory alacros, and smoke detection system will <br />be monitored by a central station company.
