Screcning of these <br />areas must be provide� per Section 39.080 of the Zoning Code. (See Condition l6 on page <br />9 of the Planned Action Determination for the proposap. <br />2. Rooftop mechanical equipment, including vents, must be screened with materials similar ro <br />the huilding fa�ade per Section 39.040.0 of tlie Zoning Cocie. (See Condition 18 on page <br />10 of the Planned Action Determination for the proposal). <br />In our telephone conversation you stated that rooftop appunenances would be screened at <br />time of tenant improvements for the building, since no rooftop eyuipment is proposed as <br />part of the shell. A note must be added to the site plan stating. "Screening of rooftop <br />mechanical eyuipment will be provided at time of renant improvement per Section <br />39.040.0 ofthe Zoning Code." <br />3. The SW Everett Mitigation Decision Document reyuires that all plantings in <br />environmentally sensitive areas and their buffers and in transition areas in SW Everett shall <br />bc native species and hybrid natives, incluuii��t landscaping reyuired by Chapter 35 of the <br />Zoning Code (perimeter IanJscaping, landscaping of the p.irking lot, and interior <br />IanJscapine). (See Condition 7 on paee 4 and 5 of the Planned Action Determination for <br />�he proposal).
